In this short blog post, I will share with you the ‘little dirty’ tactic that will help boost your confidence. This is important because with more confidence, you actually have better quality of life. This can be M-A-N-I-F-E-S-T-E-D throughout your health, your relationships, and your network marketing business.
If you haVE already guessed what I am going to talk about today, good. I’m sure we have all experienced it. Have you ever felt obliged to say yes to something that you really don’t want to do? What about the times you would have felt guilty if you said no or did say no and felt guilty about it? I have and I’m almost sure you have too.
You don’t have to say yes…
But what you probably don’t know is that every single time you do the that, it slowly eats from your self-esteem. In turn this will show up in your emotions, in your thoughts, and eventually your actions and behavior around other people. You probably will do that subconsciously without you even realizing it is happening. This of course affects your business and other videos of your life.
So what is the ‘little dirty’ tactic that will help you boost your self-confidence so that you can improve your business and quality of life? Learn To Say ‘NO’. Every single time you actually stand up for yourself and say no to something that you don’t want to do, you will build up your self esteem and confidence.
It does not have to be something big. It could be as simple as someone inviting you to a dinner party and you feel the guilty if you say no. Or it could be when you are shopping for jewelry for example and you feel guilty to not buy the $200 ring because the lady there was ‘very nice’ and helped you look around. And of course there’s a time where things are really important like staying in an unhealthy relationships and feel if you say no.
Yup, I am suggesting that you say NO…
This concept might sound SIMPLE, but in my view, is extremely important to have the ability to say no without being influenced by the construct of society, and previous condition-ing off our mind. You can read more about this topic here.
I want to conclude by quickly summarizing that sometimes we say no or we want to say no and we feel guilty about it. It is important for you to slow down and feel how your emotions are controlling that decision and consciously learn to say no… and do not back down. This in turn will start to build up your self-esteem and confidence every single time you practice it and your actions and behaviors will change to adapt and provide you with a better life!Did you find this blog post valuable?
