Happy New Year… Transformers!

Happy new year! The beginning of a new year always signifies to me a new beginning, a fresh start and looking forward to new and exciting adventures. Life, is a cycle of life and death. A new year, a new dawn, a new spring… a new TRANSFORMATION.

In this post, I will be sharing with you the Principle of Transformation and that if you do not control this process, which is always occurring whether you like it or not, you will end up living a life by default, swayed by whatever comes your way, instead of you being in control of your life and create it the way you want it to be. This is going to be critical for you MLM business.

The Art Of Transformation…

TF Prime NYCC ArceeLife is in a constant state of change. From the universe, to the smallest cells and molecules of our bodies, we are ever changing. This is great news as it opens the doors of infinite possibilities but bad news if you do not consciously control your transformation.

Whether you like it or not, you are changing and transforming. Everything that occurs around influences us to a certain degree… imagine how all the negativity in the news programs your mind and affects your future. This is applicable to TV shows and movies as well.. brainwashing on a mass scale.

If you want to separate yourself from the masses, you have to be aware of this process and that in fact you can consciously  guide it so you transform yourself into a person capable of achieving your life desire.

The Art Of Transformation: The process…

So how do you consciouly engage this transformation process so that you are in control and the creator of your destiny? You have to understand that the clearer you are about the person you want to become, the easier this will be for you.

It all really starts with the ALTERATION of beliefs that no longer serve you. You may in the past or still now are skeptic, stubborn and for some reason that is NOT beneficial for you, you hold on to an idea or belief and you fail to let go.

In order to kick start the transformation process, you have to identify these beliefs and be willing to let go off them as you substitute them with more empowering belief systems. This is a fundamental principle that you simple have to apply if you really want to change your life.

So for example if you wanted to generate an ‘x’ amount of money, ask yourself this question and write the answers down:

“How would you BE (not do) if you earn ‘x’ amount of money?”

Go seek out people who are, have or do what you want to be, do, or have and ask yourself what do these people have in common? What are their belief systems? How is their being?

The Art Of Transformation: The traits of deliberate transformers…

In his training series ‘The Art of Transformation’ Jerry Clark refers to the Deliberate Transformers. These are people who consciously control the transformation process and this is who you want to become… unless you are satisfied with your life in that case I do not think you will be reading this post.

Jerry explains specific traits about these people:

  1. They think strategically;
  2. They choose intentionally;
  3. They believe emotionally; and
  4. They act productively.

Strategy is simple a conscious decision of why you are doing. So if you are posting an article or go to event, this action is your tactic to grow your business but behind it is your strategy to achieve success. This is important because if you do not have a strategy then your efforts are diluted.

As for choosing intentionally, this important because you have a choice. You most always have a choice.  If you want to create the future that you desire you really have to consciously choose with an intention and make decision that drives you towards that. So anything that is not conducive to creating your life will have to go.

As for believing emotionally, you really have to believe on an emotional level that you can actually create your destiny. You have to believe that you can do it. You have to believe that you are WORTH ‘x’ amount of money that you achieve. This is very important as it will dictate the actions that you will take, both ways either to your default future or your preferred future.

As for acting productively, I love how Jerry talks about this. He introduces the Pareto principle which is applicable in all areas of life. 80% of your results (big chunk) comes from 20% of your action (small chunk). In order to to be productive, identify those actions and concentrate your efforts on them.

The Art Of Transformation: Lifelong process…

This is just scratching the surface when it comes to the art of transformation but hopefully it has given you a deeper insight on how to structure yourself and your MLM business for success.

This is a lifelong process and if you do want to kick this off, I am putting together a Mastermind of people for 2012 who do want to kick start this transformation process to achieve bigger and better things for 2012. Reaching the higher levels of success is indeed a process that occurs over time. And who we become in that process can be a roller coaster ride if you are not careful. With consistent planning and focus anyone can get there.
