    Hi, John,

What a great discussion on relationships! Thank you.

Network marketing is a people business. The better our ability to understand others, the better we can connect. As you mentioned, we have to take 100% responsibility to seek to understand first. Asking questions and clarification will bring the relationship to a more solid foundation.

For leaders to become a GREAT leaders, we too have to take 100% responsibility of the team outcome. Are we communicating well? Do we understand why team members do what they do? Or, not do what they do?

    Awesome theme! Thanks, John :)

These days, people let their fears and worries get in the way of everything. Maybe someone broke your heart in the past and now you’ve got some barricades up around your heart, preventing you from really letting someone in. You’ve got to move forward and stop dwelling on what could happen. You’re setting yourself up when you worry about where your partner is and what they’re doing. Just because one person let you down doesn’t mean that everyone else will. You need to give them the opportunity to prove it though. What’s the worst that could happen? You get your feelings hurt, right? Right, and while that’s a risk, at least you would know that someone wasn’t good for you as opposed to never finding out at all!
